We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada — from British Columbia to Newfoundland, including Northern Canada. International shipping is coming soon.
All orders are shipped in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable Canadian taxes at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and statutory Canadian holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day often ship the same day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment partner's warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. You can also view your tracking status at any time by visiting your order history page while signed in to your account.
You will also receive an email notification when your order is out for delivery and a final notification once it has been delivered.

Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, we recommend first checking your tracking link for the latest status update. Carrier scans can sometimes be delayed by 24–48 hours.
If your package appears lost or has not moved in more than 5 business days, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We are liable for items that are confirmed lost in transit and will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Missed Deliveries & PO Boxes
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our carrier will leave a delivery notice at your address. You can reschedule a redelivery or collect the parcel from the nearest depot — most depots hold parcels for 5–7 business days before returning them to us.
We ship to PO Boxes via standard shipping. Express delivery is not available to PO Box addresses. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order — after that, the order will have already entered fulfilment processing.
