How Do We Use Your Information?
We use the information we collect to fulfil our contract with you, comply with Canadian and international laws, and provide a safe and quality shopping experience. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Process and fulfil your orders, including coordinating delivery with our logistics partners
- Send you transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, receipts)
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
- Protect against fraud and ensure the security of our Site
- Send marketing communications — only if you have opted in, and always with an easy unsubscribe option
- Improve our website, products, and services based on aggregate usage data
Section 03
Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?
We only share your information in specific, limited circumstances. Your shipping information — including name, shipping address, and phone number — is shared with our international third-party suppliers and logistics partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering your order.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our website (such as email delivery, analytics, and payment processing), subject to confidentiality agreements.
We may also disclose your information where we are legally required to do so — for example, to comply with a subpoena, court order, or similar legal process.

Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?
Yes. We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Specific information about how we use these technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy.

How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?
Our Site offers you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (such as Google). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider, but will often include your name and email address.
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Policy. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider.
Back to topSection 06
How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law. In particular:
- Purchase records are retained for seven (7) years to satisfy Canadian tax and accounting requirements.
- Account information is generally retained for six (6) months following account termination, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymise it, or if this is not possible, securely store it and isolate it from any further processing.

How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt your personal information and payment details during transmission, and we partner exclusively with PCI-compliant payment gateways to process transactions.
Despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures.

Do We Collect Information From Minors?
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that personal information from a user under 18 has been collected without parental consent, we will deactivate the account and promptly delete such information. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from anyone under age 18, please contact us at support@tbii.ca.

What Are Your Privacy Rights?
In some regions (such as Canada and the European Economic Area), you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. These rights may include:

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
